Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Play Fun Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202333645R) about your use of our games and playfun123.com. By installing a game or using this website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the games.

1. Accounts

You need an account to play most of our games. Give accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it resulted from our failure to keep it secure.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the games with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

2. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games for your own entertainment. We keep all rights in the games: art, characters, music, code and everything else in them. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or run the games as a service for other people, except where the law says you can.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, not ours. Refunds are handled by them.
• Virtual items — frames, skins, expansion chapters — are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• We may adjust or retire virtual items when a game changes. When we retire something you paid for, we replace it with an equivalent or credit it, unless the item was explicitly sold as time-limited.
• Prices and what a purchase includes are shown at the point of sale and may differ by region and tax.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• cheat, use unauthorised third-party tools, or exploit bugs for advantage instead of reporting them;
• harass other players, including in chat, names and team names;
• buy, sell or trade accounts or in-game items outside our own systems;
• upload malicious code, or interfere with servers or other players' connections;
• use the games for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the platform rules of the store you installed them from.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation or another player's privacy.

5. Content you send us

If you send us feedback, bug reports, art or ideas, we may use them to improve the games without obligation or payment. Do not send us anything you need to keep confidential, and do not send us other people's work without permission.

6. Updates and availability

Games change. We add, rebalance and remove content, and we may stop supporting a game. Where we shut down a game entirely we give at least 60 days' notice in the game and by email, and we refund unspent paid currency where the platform allows it. We do not promise that any game or online feature stays available indefinitely.

7. Third-party platforms

Our games run on Apple, Google and Steam platforms. Those platforms have their own terms, and this agreement does not change them. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and have no responsibility for the games.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the games as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data that you could have avoided by keeping your own backup. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the games and close your account at any time from the in-game settings or by writing to us. We can end this agreement if you materially breach it, or if we shut the game down under section 6.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, and before filing we ask that you write to us so we can try to resolve it directly.

11. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the games or the law change, and we change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects your rights, we tell you in the game or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
